We've blended Aussie garlic with Aussie rock salt and black peppercorns  to create a super-aromatic mix. Delicious on steak, grilled mushrooms, fresh tomatoes on toast or to season just about anything.

Black pepper is at its best freshly ground so we've left whole, and this blend is designed to go into a grinder of your choice. Or mortal and pestel for a rustic result. 

(My new favourite I have to say, hope you enjoy a sprinkle too)
